She has 8 years experience working as a chef and wishes to continue in this field – growing and learning new skills as she goes. She has also recently qualified as a Nutritional Therapist to further broaden her knowledge and expertise. She specialises in macrobiotic, RAW food, gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free.
